Despite a recent decommit Miami knows it has to move forward in its recruiting efforts

The only thing that’s ever certain in the world of recruiting is that nothing is ever certain. It’s nothing new and it’s always been that way. Miami dealt with that recently as Class of 2020 ATH Ladarius Tennison backed off of his pledge to the Hurricanes. Tennison who has had contact with and recently visited UNC, Auburn, and Clemson is the tenth commit to change his mind and altar his recruitment in this cycle.

Although this definitely is. It something Miami wanted if you can’t handle change and a little drama from time to time then the world of recruiting is not for you. Miami still looks to land a top five class when all is said and done and will try to continue that momentum as they look to host several top targets over the next week.

Oakleaf teammates and 2020 prospects DE Chantz Williams and OL Jalen Rivers are planning to visit towards the end of the week. Las Vegas Pines TE Darnell Washington is looking at visiting sometime in the middle of the month. There will also be a couple of 2021 recruits on campus coming up as LB Terrence Lewis and LB Branden Jennings are rumored to be heading to town this weekend. Manny Diaz and staff have also made recent offers to 2020 QB Jacolby Criswell and 2021 DB Markevious. Brown.
