Fils-Aime visited the Hurricanes today with a couple teammates and coaches from his school, and while they enjoyed the trip. Also he stated how it was a learning experience as well, “This visit was great and I learned a lot.” While he can be versatile on the football field, playing linebacker or defensive end. Miami is going to evaluate him at linebacker, as the position is a pressing need and they are trying to get a the linebacker board shuffled correctly.
The visit was very informing for the prospect, as they studied film in groups with position coaches. “My favorite part of the visit had to be the film session, which was very insightful.” For a commitment happening to the University of Miami, the Hurricanes would need to offer him. “If I was blessed with the opportunity to play at the University of Miami, I’d commit in less than 10 seconds” he stated.
He would love to come back for another visit, as he enjoyed the visit as a great experience. The vibe around #TNM? “It’s awesome, just being there makes me as a player want to step my game up to meet there standards.” Fils-Aime grew up a Hurricanes fan, and says “he’ll always believe in The U” and “They’ll definitely be something great this year.”
